About ME
For most of my life, I did not walk a spiritual path. I did not feel drawn to it, seek it, or imagine it would ever be part of who I am.
What I did carry always, was a deep, heartfelt love for nature and animals. They are my greatest comfort, my joy, and the place where I feel most truly myself — I understand them, and they understand me.
For a long time, I also walked through quiet struggles with my mental health. There were days that felt heavy, moments that felt overwhelming, and times when peace felt far away. I looked for ways to feel lighter, stronger, and more at ease in my own life
My Journey of Healing & Awakening
Everything shifted in 2025, when I received my first Reiki attunement. What began as a simple step brought an unexpected and powerful awakening. Something stirred deep within me — a sudden, intense opening that changed how I see, feel, and experience everything. It was not something I planned or expected; it simply happened, and my life was forever transformed.
Reiki became my gentle, steady healing. It helped calm my mind, soothe my heart, and restore a sense of balance I had not known before. It showed me that I was not alone, and that healing unfolds in ways we cannot always foresee. Through this practice, I began to feel whole again — connected, guided, and deeply purposeful.
I learned that the love I have always held for the natural world is itself a sacred bond — the same life force that flows through every tree, every animal, and every living being flows through us all. I found my place: to share this healing, to hold space for others, and to walk with anyone who seeks light, comfort, or renewal.
I know from my own experience that it is never too late to awaken, to heal, and to find your way home.
My connection with animals and nature
But there was always one connection that came naturally to me — my deep love for animals and nature.
Animals have always held a very special place in my heart. I have always felt comfortable around them, drawn to their gentle presence and the quiet way they communicate without words. Being close to animals brings me peace, happiness and a feeling of being completely myself. Sometimes I feel that I understand them instinctively — their emotions, their needs, their energy — and in their own beautiful way, they understand me too.
Nature gives me that same sense of peace.
I feel happiest surrounded by trees, open spaces, plants, flowers and animals. There is something about being in nature that quiets my mind and brings me back to myself. I never thought of this connection as spiritual when I was younger. It was simply where I felt safe, grounded and free.
